Not only was our house a unique selling situation but we were dealing with different time zones. Julian was extremely supportive and flexible and empowered us to make great decisions by keeping us informed every step of the way. We took the property to auction and felt really good with everything Juilian and Sam had shared with us about what to expect. Although we didn’t sell through auction the information and experience was invaluable. When we received an offer, Julian was all over it and a smooth transaction took place. Barbara has a very good knowledge of the market which made the sale process very effective. She was very conscious of market trends and also had a good affinity with the particular sector most likely to be interested in our type of property.
