Rhonda was a pleasure to deal with. When we viewed the property, she didn’t rush us at all, even though we came through as a reasonably sized group. She was patient and answered our questions clearly. If there was something she didn’t know, she followed up and got back to us quickly. We appreciated that she had taken the time to introduce herself to the neighbours, which meant she could give us informed answers when we asked about the area. We were purchasing the property for a family member and are fairly familiar with the buying process, but it was clear that Rhonda would be especially helpful for first-time buyers — she’s approachable and takes the time to explain things clearly.
