Great to work with!
I worked with Julian to purchase a property and can't fault the service I received. I attended an open home and then had to leave town so everything was done remotely. He was quick to reply to my questions and even went so far as to video call me so I could have another look through the property. Julian and Sam made my new home easy.

Going the extra mile!
Our experience with Team Kartolo was fantastic but a special mention must go to Jorja Kitching, who went above and beyond to find us our new home. During the whole process Jorja listened to us and remained focused on showing us properties that ticked all the boxes with what we were looking for in a new home. Jeremy and the team were positive and calm throughout the process
We had been feeling negative about the housing market situation, but Jeremy and Jorja said "don't worry about it, that's our job". The told us what to do and what not to do, to get the property ready. Saving us time, money, and energy . They kept us informed of every open home, enquiry, what was happening elsewhere, so we where able to make the decisions we needed too. And the result was quick and very satisfactory 😊

Couldn’t Ask For More
We bought a house thru Team Blanchard, after a complicated international relocation for work. They dealt with the complications of this without fuss, from organising viewings at odd times and onwards throughout the purchase process. Very easy and professional to deal with, and no funny games or pressure at any. Also they both seem like genuinely nice people. Would recommend them for any real estate requirements without doubt.
