Hongyan was a refreshing agent to work with all round. Excellent communication skills, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we understood things or to make our requests known to the vendor. She is such an approachable agent, and easy to work with. I felt comfortable asking for things if I was unsure, and knew I would get a gentle response with any request. She left such a great impression I would hire her as an agent no questions asked. She was never pushy while we made decisions about purchasing a new home, but gave us the encouragement we needed to assure us she was there if we needed her. She proved to be knowledgeable about different price expectations of the area at the time and what the market was doing.
