After our first communication with Team Diego, we knew that this is exactly what we’ve always wanted from our real estate agent. A team that was up-front and clear about the way they do business. They didn’t tell us what we wanted to hear or what they thought we needed to know. They told us what was actually happening in the market, the best way to market our house and by which method to sell. The only aspect that we were unclear about, was what we should expect from a sale price. We weren’t told some unrealistic price and then they fail to deliver, nor did they say we were being unrealistic and leave us feeling silly. Instead we should rely on what the market says. And they were right. After only 7 days on the market, Diego’s amazing work and doing what only Top agents can do, he closed the sale above our expectations. With a tough market and the election only days away, Team Diego nailed it. We absolutely recommend them, and will use them again. Unless we are trying to buy the property that they are selling :)
