We recently had the pleasure of selecting Diego as our agent to sell our beloved family home. Diego took so much time to understand what was important to us and how to get the best out of our marketing campaign. His knowledge of Massey, energy and honesty is what truely sets him apart from others. The challenge we gave him with a sale date was achieved. We felt like we made a friend throughout our campaign. Thank you Diego

Thanks, Diego for your hard work in getting our house sold in two weeks. We appreciate the behind the scenes work that you put into getting some amazing photography and staging done. The marketing was clearly strategically managed and resulted in an amazingly quick outcome for our sale. Thanks for being available to allow the buyers the opportunity to spend time at the house and for your hard work in getting two offers to us within such a quick timeframe.

My husband and I approached Diego to sell our house and gave him five weeks to do it! Our house was under offer in less than that. Diego was a pleasure to work with throughout the process, listening to and taking on board our expectations and what was important to us. He was genuine and considerate, kept us well informed of developments along the way and provided good advice when asked for it. We would whole heartedly recommend Diego as an agent. His natural warmth and personality is matched by his professionalism and ability to get offers in and sales made!

Her professionalism showed from the outset – from the first meeting she displayed a comprehensive understanding of where the market was at, suggesting unique marketing techniques that would ensure our property remained at the forefront of potential buyers minds all while saving us money. Their marketing advice proved accurate and captured the largest possible buyer cross-section, proven when the property sold to clients that had been specifically targeted by the second phase of the tiered marketing campaign strategy. Lisa offered candid advice on where we should spend our time and money in order to get the price we wanted, which ultimately proved correct. The time from initial discussion to listing was short but by the time of sale the house had never looked better, all without significant outlay, the effect was a large number of guests through the open homes and numerous repeat visits, and a very short time on the market – perfect results for us as vendors. The negotiations were smooth and each and future steps were clearly explained prior to making any decisions. Each week Lisa delivered a comprehensive report of where she and potential buyers honestly thought the house was positioned in the market, combining visitor feedback with local sales and market trends. This ongoing feedback allowed areas of buyer concern to be quickly rectified prior to any future visits. Above all, Lisa put us at ease. She coupled her honest and sociable personality with a high degree of professionalism and knowledge, all underscored with excellent communication and an ability to read market conditions that ultimately presented us with the result we sought. We would do, and have, happily referred friends and colleagues to her for future sales.
