We engaged Diego and his team to market and sell our West Harbour property over the period Nov – Dec 2020. Due to our location we sold remotely. At the beginning of our campaign, Diego provided realistic (anticipated) sale figures and guided us through the various marketing options. Prior to the auction we held a number of video conference meetings with Diego, his team and the auctioneer. A successful campaign resulted in our home being sold within original planned figures.
