Outstanding
Diego has been incredibly helpful from day one. After enquiring about a property, Diego recommended us to view the next day due to high demand, and if we had not followed his advice the property would have been sold (the houses in the development sold out by the following week due to high demand) if we were to view the following week we had enquired about, which we are very grateful for. He was able to meet us at 8am the following morning and address all our questions. As we were purchasing a new build, Diego gave regular updates we had over the long process due to Covid 19 delays, he would be back in touch instantly if we were to ever reach out with questions or updates. Always impeccably presented and professional, and able to offer knowledge to address any concerns. Diego showed patience and reassurance with us throughout the process as this was our first home and was a learning process for us. Diego is welcoming and always ready to help. We would highly recommend working with Diego and have every confidence in his abilities.
