Selling at Waitarere- Right on the Ball
Roz did a super job for us when we put our house at Waitarere on the market, and throughout the whole sale process. She was super cheerful, knowledgeable, energetic and positive. She developed a realistic marketing plan for us. We were lucky in striking a deal very early in the marketing so that further marketing wasn't needed but Roz ensured that the actual sale process went through very smoothly, all the documentation and details were well attended to. Roz was always available to us, she kept us well informed as the sale process went through, her communication with us was excellent. We felt we had made a very good call in commissioning her.

We chose to list with Roz because she had very good knowledge of the market, years of experience and was so easy to deal with. Once listed, her communication and negotiation skills were top notch.
