Such a great real estate agent!
Roz provided me with exceptional service and great advice that resulted in the sale of my house! Communication from Roz was excellent. She kept me up to date each week with the progress of the sale of my property. She was very responsive to texts and emails. I totally recommend Roz to anyone who wants to sell their house. A very friendly and knowledgeable lady. You won't be disappointed!

Julie and Roz of Ray White's Team Roz worked very hard over a period of about 3 months to get our property sold. Their professionalism, energy and commitment was rewarded by an excellent result, particularly given market conditions. Significantly, despite the increased market uncertainty over the sale period, their estimates of sale price were quite close to the actual result. I'll be renting for a while, but if I sell a property in Levin again I'll be asking Team Roz to do it, and I would strongly recommend other buyers do the same.

Roz is a superstar
Roz worked with us to sell our house in Levin. She knows the area well and has her finger on the pulse of any current market trends She is not an agent that will give you an overinflated estimate of the sale price. In fact she wouldn't even give us an estimate until some work in progress was completed. We found her service to be very professional yet with a personal touch that made a huge difference to us. She is definitely our "agent of choice"

i lst met roz and allen a few years ago...they both went out of there way to provide great service..since allens passing rozz has carried thats same service on and will go out of her way to do her best...i would recomend rozz ...to anyone buying or selling....
