Professionalism and beyond
We went with Roz because she is the best sales person in the Horowhenua. I have used her in the past but this time we were dealing with the sale of my late mothers house. This was a difficult time for our family and Roz was extremely caring and went beyond our expectations of an estate agent. At one point when we were having difficulty getting the last of my late mothers stuff out of the house before settlement Roz responded to our cal within minutes and was around and helping. Great agent, great reputation, great to deal with.

My first property sale for me was very nerve racking but my Real Estate Agent Roz Wallace undertook my challenge and put me at ease right from my first call with her. Roz holds a wealth of industry knowledge which greatly provided me reassurance that I had my property in the "best hands" I had total trust in Roz knowing she would go that extra mile for a sale, of which she did, a very "happy vender" and I understand a very happy purchaser. I made many phone calls & had many questions for Roz (as mentioned my first property sale), but Roz was always available to take my calls, very professional & personable, thank you Roz.
