10/10. Thomas Taylor has been the sales agent for Churchill Street, Levin. Thomas came to the property on day one with positive energy and a love for the timeless character of the home. During the sales process involving multiple people, as the house was in a trust, Thomas kept everyone informed and actioned all aspects of the sale when needed. Because we lived in Wellington, Thomas also helped with tasks in Levin, saving us travel time between locations. This was extremely helpful given the circumstances we found ourselves in. Thomas was also a great emotional support, checking in as a friend to help where possible. I have enjoyed working with Thomas and highly recommend his services going forward. He did exactly what he promised to do, and it was a joy to work with him to get a fantastic result for us. His ability to relate to all parties was amazing, and he is so unusual in that he has both the empathy and the decisive ability to close a sale. So rare in one so young. Both Kathryn and I enjoyed the process and will certainly recommend him. Such a delight to partner with on our sale.
