10/10. Roz was very dynamic, changing the advert, photos and wording frequently, to keep the property fresh on the market. Many agents seem to list and forget, the same ad for months, in this market the ad can become stale very quickly, in my opinion.

I was straight up with Roz from the very beginning and got nothing but straight back. I'm not a fan of real estate and knew very little about the process. With the death of my dad, I landed in the world of having to sell a house. Neighbours recommended Roz and I am pleased they did.
