Paulette has such a beautiful, nurturing personality who has helped our family navigate the sale of our house. She is an enthusiastic sales person who knows the Cambridge area, enabling her to answer questions promptly and with certainty, giving purchasers and vendors alike the security that is required when buying and selling properties. I highly recommend David Soar to sell your home. Over the last 10 year we have purchased 1 home and the sold that home through David. At all times David has just been awesome. In the recent tough market, David was instrumental in the sale of our house. His advice, communications, knowledge, and expertise were just so valuable to us.

Lenie guided us through the process of buying our first property in New Zealand. She is a consummate professional and very knowledgeable. We were able to go through the process being informed all the way through and she was always contactable and highly responsive to our calls and emails. Overall, it was a daunting, but trouble-free experience due to Lenie's support and assistance throughout the process. We can and have recommended Lenie to our friends should they be looking to buy a property from Cambridge Real Estate.

Lenie was super professional. Allowed us space to see the property and think through each step of the way. Highly recommend.

I used Lisa Dudfield as my Real Estate Agent. When she suggested staging of my property she pointed me to a very good company. Once the property went live I was informed often about progress of open homes and ultimate sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisa as a sales agent for her professionalism and personal attention.

To put it simply it has been like dealing with a great friend. You have been extremely approachable and nothing we have asked has been a problem. We deal with many agents and you stand out in the tiny few that impress us and we appreciate that. Its hard to find genuine truth tellers these days and you are as authentic as they come. Thank you for making this experience so incredible.

I met Lenie at the open home of the house which I ended up buying. I cannot fault the great service that I recieved from Lenie then entire way through the transaction and following the transaction. Communication was fantastic and if I needed anything Lenie promptly got it for me. I would absolutely be picking up the phone to call Lenie when I am in need of a great Real Estate Agent! Thanks so much Lenie for all your hard work.
