Where do we start? Paulette was absolutely amazing from start to finish with the sale of our home. When giving us an appraisal on our home prior to signing up, nothing was sugar coated, everything was presented with actual sales on relevant houses in the area to give us a very good idea of what our home would be worth. A price guide was given to us based on Paulette's research and our sale price ended up being smack bang in the middle. Once we signed up her communication was outstanding keeping us fully informed throughout the process so we knew exactly where we stood. Multiple open homes and a heap of private viewings kept Paulette busy every day of every week our home was listed and she always made sure she was available to help any buyer get through the home. As this was the first home we had ever sold we had what we thought may be stupid questions throughout, however, Paulette insisted on us asking as many questions as possible and no questions were stupid. We honestly believe we wouldn't have got the result we did without Paulette and for that we will forever be grateful to her. If you are selling your house in Cambridge I STRONGLY recommend at a minimum sitting down with Paulette and hear what she can offer you when it comes to selling your home, you will not be disappointed.
