How do we put into words what Nathan did for our family, nothing short of phenomenal. We met with Nathan on a Wednesday to ask if he could help us sell our home fast and for a specific price in order for us to secure our new home which was under contract. By Sunday that week, he had 6 families through our home (no online marketing), Monday afternoon 3 families returned for a second viewing and by that same evening two contracts on the table...just like that the house was under offer...5 days from meeting Nathan to the house being sold...ABOVE what our expectation was. Shelly had great market knowledge. This was an deceased Estate sale of a family members home so we weren't very knowledgeable of the area. She kept us informed every step of the way. She offered great advice on preparing the property for sale. The time frame she suggested to list was realistic without undue pressure at what was already a difficult time. Nathan was very open and honest. We both sold a house with him and bought a house too. Both experiences were great he explained the processes well and we were always aware of what we needed to do.
