Shelly is a very easy person to work with, approachable, friendly, direct and honest. She makes a point of developing a good working relationship with her clients so she can relate to them. She always answers every question asked. If the answer is not readily available, she will research until she finds it. She certainly goes the extra mile and definitely earns her commission. :) I find Shelly's straight forward open manner refreshing. She doesn't need props, drives an average car and is simply herself in dealing with people. My experience with Shelly was one of the most positive I have ever had with an agent, and I've had many. We met Shelly at an open home she was holding and from the first encounter she was fantastic to deal with. She took the time to understand who we were and what we needed. Shelly was always available to talk to and always went over and above for us. Any time we asked to visit the property again she made it happen.
