Nathan was fantastic to deal with throughout our house selling experience. We were not overly familiar with the process but Nathan is very experienced and made sure we knew our options and talked us through everything clearly. He was friendly, honest, and down to earth and has a calm demeanor which was very helpful at times! Nothing was too much trouble and we always felt he was doing his job well, with our best interests at heart, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. I recently purchased a house in Napier South from Nathan. Nathan was straight forward, responded promptly to questions about the property and went out of his way to help over and above what he had to do. As a buyer I found him to be trustworthy and genuine, and he acted in the best interests of his vendors at all times. Nathan made what can be a stressful process very smooth and easy.
