Our experience with Kelvin has been completely successful. Kelvin was able to help us get ready to sell at lightening speed - which we needed to do - in order to buy the house we wanted. His networking meant that we had very large numbers of people through our home, even the week before the first open home! In the second week he presented us with two great offers. We were able to sell at a great price and secure the home we desperately wanted. It was a complicated situation, but Kelvin understood completely what we needed and worked with us to make this happen. Kelvin’s communication was brilliant. Sara is real. She was in incredibly informative, making us aware of everything. We never felt unsafe in any of the process. She wasn’t pushy or sales driven (in the negative sense).
