We found Nikki to be professional and efficient to deal with. Quick to get back to us with our queries. Thorough in explaining the auction process. Nikki not once made a bold statement on price point. Just guided us to similar sales in Paerata Rise. Highly recommend.

We engaged Sandra to market our property based on our first meeting with her. She stood out from other agents we had approached. Professional, organised, efficient and energetic. We felt Sandra and her team worked hard throughout the marketing and sales process. The communication right the way through was very good. The eventual sales result was in line with the market appraisal she had given us. A positive outcome.

Purchasing our next home with Sandra was a great experience. She was always a phone call away to answer any questions we had during the process. Sandras communication has made things easy despite purchasing during covid restrictions.

Nikki has been in my experience a stand out!...Incredibly helpful, understanding, professional and just made the whole experience effortless from our standpoint!. Putting your trust in someone to help you with the biggest investment most of us will ever have can be a daunting prospect and I would happily without any hesitation at all trust Nikki to help again or recommend her to anyone needing an agent that you can trust implicitly!. Real Estate {Like a few others} has been a profession not without it's bad press for shady characters but it's people like Nikki that reaffirm that it also has many great people in it also....Thank you so very much again Nikki to yourself and also the team around you. Shining Lights in your field!!!
