Going the extra Mile - We needed help with moving. Sam put us in touch with people to help us to relocate. We had questions about the legalities around selling a home and settling. An honest days work for an honest days pay- One hears about sales commissions based on % of sales price. In our case the payment to Ray White was a flat rate, we think a reasonable rate.
