Sandra was pleasant to deal with and has obviously got a lot of experience selling houses. However we hardly dealt with Sandra after signing up, and most the open homes/viewings were done by her PA/team. As a result, objections and questions from buyers were not handled well and resulted in some buyers backing off because the sales assistant/s did not know enough about the property to be able to give an accurate reply to the buyers concerns. Our property was just another number for this agent to flick quickly (get her amateur team to manage) and make a buck rather than working hard to get the best price for the vendors and get more offers. Having said that, this agent did the minimum and got our minimum price we would accept so the property sold. Didn’t receive any congratulations card or anything in way of a thank you for using them as an agency. So rating is 3 stars. Achieved what we needed but nothing else.
