Julie was fantastic to deal with always got all my questions answered and nothing was ever an issue. We viewed the property many times on open homes and arranged times outside of open homes and this was never a issue, very helpful. All paperwork was sent through straight away. LIM took a bit longer from the council but soon as it came through got a phone call letting me know it was emailed through, great communication. When it came to making the offer we properly did need a bit of a push and some guidance and Julie was very good at giving us the nudge we needed, we are so excited about our new project and can’t wait to move into our new place!! A great TEAM!!! Abbey and Richard were knowledgeable, polished and used technology well to keep us al abreast of developments, buyer questions and general chit chat to bring some levity to a quite stressful (don’t do it very often time. They each have their strengths and do a great job of playing to them and using them to our advantage as well as being able to back one another up; both extremely capable in their own right but the sun of the parts even greater. In brief positive, full of energy, down to business but also fun. We had great response from open homes, and Abbey and Richard’s action behind the scenes, for our auction - so plenty of competition to judge the market.

Abbey’s ability to foresee housing market changes in conjunction with her delightfully positive and optimistic nature were paramount to reducing my scepticism about listing. While my listing was live Abbey remained readily available, would check-in regularly providing stats and updates and even lend a helping hand to prepare the house for open homes. Unfortunately, given the current market, finding a home to purchase (post the sale of mine) didn’t prove to be as seamless but nonetheless resulted in a good outcome outside of the team.
