We first met Abbey when house-hunting about 6 years ago, and have remained in contact. When we decided to sell our house after moving cities and renting it out for a few years, we didn't hesitate to contact Abbey about listing it. With us being in Wellington and Abbey in Auckland, we thought some arrangements might be tricky - but Abbey made it all so EASY and arranged everything from house-wash, painting touch-ups, lawns and staging. And all lined up just prior to Christmas with a tight turnaround for a mid Jan marketing campaign. Abbey provided all our options up front and gave honest thoughts without any pressure. We trusted Abbey throughout the process and achieved an amazing result at auction (beyond what we could have imagined). Abbey also had her partner Richard and colleague Lisa on board making sure that no little thing was missed - and I knew we were in good hands. Abbey is an experienced agent, knows the market, and is very pleasant and easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Pauline worked tirelessly throughout the period preparing our house for sale as well as during the marketing phase leading up to the auction date. As an example she helped identify service suppliers to prepare the house for sale. She is a great listener , very personable and an excellent communicator. She was quick to text us after open homes to let us know how many people had been through and also met with us personally regularly to provide an update. She was also very good at notifying us when bringing people through at other times during the week outside open homes. In reporting progress each week of the marketing campaign she did so in person as well as in email and is very fastidious in taking notes of all potential customers. When we received word that a pre-auction offer might eventuate, she fully explained the process in simple terms and steered us through the stages of the negotiation that culminated in an acceptable offer. This offer resulted in an advanced auction and she did a wonderfully thorough job along with her colleagues in chasing up all leads to attend that auction which yielded an even better result for us. Pauline is a very competent agent, well supported by her very nice husband who helps out occasionally ; we would recommend her.

I was super impressed with both Abbey and Richard's enthusiastic approach to the sale, they put our minds immediately at ease, taking the time to understand what we want and need and we were really happy with the end result and number of groups who attended our open homes. The marketing campaign was seamless, Abbey captured all the very best bits that we love about our house and the pictures and video was beautiful. Abbey and Rich complement each other very well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - well worth the investment.
