Shellen, helped us sell 2 houses in Wellington and buy another bfore we choose a new lifestyle in the Coromandel. We found Shellene friendly but professional, nothing was to much trouble for her & she kept us in touch with open homes, potential buyers and helped us through an auction of our house in Wellington. We continuted to stay in touch with her after our first house sale and she was the one we tunred too when it came to selling again, we would recommend her as a truly wonderful person who keeps the clients infomred at all time.

If you are looking to sell your home, look no further than Shane & his team. Right from the initial meeting we knew we were in good hands. The delivery of everything from the advice, the appraisal, right through to help with getting ready for market was exceptional…It is easy to see why he is the best in the business. We got a great result at a fairly challenging time. Shane also has an amazingly efficient team of administrators for support which meant that nothing slipped through the cracks, we were so well looked after. We highly recommend Shane & his team if you are looking to sell your home!

Shellene's comprehensive knowledge of the housing market in Korokoro means she is well placed to offer competent, trustworthy advice to vendors and buyers. We found her proposal to market our home extremely thorough and totally aligned to our goals. We achieved very high standards of staging by following her guidelines, an area in which her vast experience is very evident. Shellene's excellent communication, including buyer feedback throughout the marketing period, was timely and transparent. Her Open Homes attracted large numbers of buyers. We were extremely happy to achieve an unconditional sale well within our desired timeframe. We complete this review by simply stating we really appreciated Shellene's professional commitment to us, and that we recommend her highly to prospective vendors in Korokoro.

We bought our house through Shellene and she was extremely professional and welcoming, she helped us with every question we had for her. Her negotiations where very good in setting for good buy price. We were so impressed with how she delt with us when we bought the property that when we decided to move on she was the first person we called. We looked at 3 others to sell the house but no one gave us the confidence that Shellene gave us. Great campaign and we got more that we had hoped for..

Shellene navigated us through the buying process for our very first house. She has excellent communication skills and maintained a very high level of professionalism throughout the process. The negotiation method lead to a very transparent discussion and a fair price for all. The bottle of Amarula was a sweet bonus too!!
