We are very pleased with the way Mark handled the sale of our house. He was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He followed up on any and all concerns. This is the second time we have dealt with him and will definitely be going back for any real estate advice.

Coming out of lockdown and immediately putting our house on the market could have been a hugely stressful experience but wasn’t thanks to Shane’s knowledge and experience of the local market. We chose Shane because he had offered us advice over the years on how to maximise the value of our home. Our house went under offer within two weeks and we valued Shane’s guidance throughout the process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone selling in the area.

Selling and moving for elderly people at this difficult time could have been very stressful. But Alice dealt with the sale respectfully and professionally. We got a great price in record time. I would recommend her services to anyone on behalf of the sellers daughter

Shellene was a standout during my house buying process. She was approachable, made me feel comfortable to ask any questions and had great communication throughout the process (which was a little longer than usual due to the lock down). Shellene made the house buying process easy, I have nothing but good things to say. I would highly recommend Shellene. Thanks again Shellene!

Shane really knows his stuff and is one of Lower Hutt best property salesmen, end of story. This can be both positive and negative as he does get very busy but he and his team will get the job done.

Shellene was recommended to me by a friend. I made contact and was thrilled with our first meeting. She has always been enthusiastic and diligent in her work and has excellent communication skills during the whole procedure of selling. I was delighted with her results and would highly recommend her to future sellers.

Alice did a great job of selling and marketing our property, we always felt well informed and Alice kept in contact regularly. Our house went on the market just before lock down and she did a fantastic job during the open homes, and in the every changing environment. Would highly recommend to sell your house
