She offered an uncomplicated marketing campaign with a very clear commission structure; there were no hidden costs. Shannon's communication was quick, precise and solutions focused whether on email, phone or zoom; this was so important for peace of mind, clarity and to make the right decisions. The Sales and Purchase Agreements (S&PAs) offered were uncomplicated because Shannon was very clear with buyers about what was acceptable and what wasn't; she didn't bother us with unreasonable S&PAs to get the sale or waste time, and that takes courage.
