As first home buyers this whole experience has been a huge learning curve. We met Shannon at a private viewing at one of the first homes we looked at a few months ago which evolved into crazy weekends of us trying to get see all the open homes and every single one had potential (!) but getting quite exhausted in the process. Shannon was one of the first agents we talked to and she took the time to ask us about our needs and kept us on her radar by sending us possible ideas and homes to check out. She also remembered us at open homes and what we were looking for, which in amongst a lot of potential buyers we really appreciated. Ironically a house that she thought we would like is one we didn't see for a wee while as we thought it might be out of our range but after a conversation with her and seeing the place it was the one that we loved and we ended up buying! We're very grateful to Shannon for looking after us so well on our first home buying journey and making us feel comfortable and able to ask questions about the whole process as we were total newbies.
