Sandra's appraisal was evidently made with a lot of local knowledge and experience. Her suggested starting price seemed to be on the nose based on the interest my property received and in the end we got a much higher selling price than expected. Her approach to marketing was practical and produced a lower overall cost while seemingly getting the best bang for our buck. I would recommend Sandra to anyone based in Tokomaru in particular but I am sure she would do a great job for the wider area too.

The best decision we could have ever made was getting Sheryl and Tanya to sell our property. From the moment we meet them they were kind and most importantly not pushy like the majority of other real-estate agents we experienced while looking at other properties. They gave us a realistic valuation of our property which was bang on. So much so, we didn't even look at any other real-estate agents even when others at open homes promised us more money. The last half of 2021 was a very stressful time for our family. We were in the process of changing jobs while trying to sell our house and purchase a new one all during the Auckland lockdown so we weren't able to leave home. Dealing with Sandra was amazing and she took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders and went above and beyond what you'd normally expect from a real estate agent. She managed to sort all of the admin involved remotely, and she even offered to help clean the house as we weren't able to do it ourselves.
