Neville came highly recommended. He presented a range of marketing options and told us which he thought were most useful for our specific situation and current market conditions. He did all the expected agent-y stuff around selling a house, but also went well beyond that: he mowed the lawns several times, found a staging company (when the one we had booked changed their mind), took care of a number of other details.
