Having sold in excess of 100 million dollars worth of real estate in Palmerston North, I have been recognised in the Top 10 salesperson list for Harcourts nationally and have provided award winning service for Professionals. For many years I was heavily involved in Real Estate Management and now return to the core role of listing and selling residential and lifestyle properties in Palmerston North. I took up the challenge of real estate after a distinguished career in the New Zealand Army – joining as a teenager and rising through the ranks to Warrant Officer Class 1. On my retirement from the army after 21 years in 1987 I held the appointment of Regimental Sergeant Major of Linton Army Camp. The discipline and leadership experience that I learned transferred well into the real estate world. In 1997 I graduated from Massey University having completed the Diploma in Business Studies (endorsed in Real Estate). This qualification enabled me to gain associate status within the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ). I served for many years on the local REINZ Committee and as a Board Member on the Real Estate ITO. In 2009 I was elected by the local REINZ members to the position of Manawatu District Forum Leader and local spokesperson for the Real Estate Institute, a position I still hold. As an experienced professional I combine a wealth of knowledge with a caring, positive and ethical attitude towards my clients which is recognised by the high level of personal referrals and repeat business I receive.
