She had great knowledge of the property as well as the surrounding neighbourhood, right down to knowing the neighbours and being able to tell me what they are like. She was also very accommodating, allowing me to come outside of open home times. Maria also went above and beyond in helping source contractors to be able to do some alterations to my new house.
