I go back to Dan every time I sell as I know he listens to how I want to sell. I wrote a number on his initial paperwork as to what I wanted to sell for - and he achieved this. It's a slow market out there at the moment - but he managed to get nearly 50 groups through the 1st three open homes and generated much interest. Dan also knows it's not about the highest selling $ for me - it also has to be to the right purchaser. We have dropped our expected selling price on some properties just to be able to give a first home owner a step onto the market - and Dan respects that.
