Throughout the entire sales process, Kylie was very approachable and responsive. She didn’t over promise but consistently over delivered. We entrusted Kylie Churchward with the sale of our property based on previous positive experience with Professionals and her local knowledge of the area. As we are based overseas our agent would help coordinate many activities normally the responsibility of the vendor. Kylie organized many logistics from repairs, gardening, staging, cleaning and presentation. Kylie treated the property as her own, even taking on the reconnection of electricity in her own name when the tenant vacated. We were selling a house in the head winds of poor market conditions and limited appetite from buyers. However Kylie’s positive disposition meant she was always positive and resilient during the many open homes and private viewings. Kylie presented many differing offers for the property - which was important to understand the context of local market conditions. Kylie was always honest and treated both vendor and buyers with professional courtesy by outlining both the pro’s and con’s of each offer and counter offer. Whilst we may not have achieved our original aspirations in terms of sale price, what was more important is that we achieved a sale price that was aligned with the market, it was the best offer going to the buyer who shared a common vision of what the property potential could be. In summary, Kylie went ‘above and beyond’ for our family and we will always be thankful for her support. Selling a home is stressful but having the right agent who is considerate and commercial makes all the difference. Kylie is one of the nicest people we have meet and Professionals are fortunate to have an agent who is guided by her values when achieving the outcome for both vendor and buyer. I would recommend Kylie to all prospective vendors who are seeking a real estate agent, and in the end, a friend.

Our experience purchasing a property through Professionals was unfortunately not very positive. While Kylie Churchward is a lovely person, the process itself felt unprofessional and far from smooth. We were given certain assurances at the beginning that did not materialize, leaving us feeling misled. There seemed to be a significant lack of communication between the rental and sales teams, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion, particularly regarding issues left behind by the tenants. Nothing was properly addressed until the very last day, forcing us to make rushed, last-minute decisions. After settlement, we were left with a large amount of rubbish on the property, despite being promised it would be removed promptly – yet no one ever returned to take care of it. We were also not provided with alarm codes or manuals to reset the system, making it essentially unusable. Adding to the disappointment, the ‘Sold’ sticker and sales board were removed before we even received the keys, making what should have been a special moment feel rushed and impersonal. The whole experience was far below our expectations and left us feeling flustered and unsupported at a time that should have been exciting and memorable.

We just wanted to mention how amazing, wonderful and just plain awesome Kylie has been throughout the whole sale process - we couldn't be happier that we chose to go with her for the sale of our property. She provided great advice, supported us and has been our eyes and ears on the ground throughout. As we are currently living in another city, knowing Kylie was constantly checking on the property and providing feedback to ensure that our property was presented in the best possible light was extremely comforting, and her communication throughout was absolutely great. We really appreciated her obviously deep knowledge of the local market, as well as the time and effort she invested in providing local market analysis and sales insights. We cannot emphasise enough how great it's been working with Kylie on the sale of property, and how she went far above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale process from start to finish.
