Fiona had to really convince us to go to auction - and boy are we glad we did! - She arranged the staging, the photographer, advised us on what we should tidy up and what was best to leave for the incoming new owners to personalize. Fiona was attentive, always smiling, easy to deal with, punctual with any information we asked for - nothing was too much trouble - She has awesome up to date industry knowledge, is an absolute go getta!! We cannot speak highly enough of the experience we have had with Brett and Lyn Sawyers. As a team they created a beautiful marketing campaign and plan for our house sale, which drove a huge amount of interest in the property prior to the first open home. The video, photographs and marketing collateral were stunning. We were all set to hit the market strongly with our first weekend of Open Homes when Lockdown struck! With some very quick thinking, Brett and Lyn organised a 3D walkthrough video to be filmed for our home, which proved to be an absolute master stroke. They charged ahead, offering Private Viewings or great access to view the property online to buyers around the country. Across a 4 day period, which was to have included 3 Open Homes, Brett and Lyn provided round the clock service to us, working the phones to prospective buyers, carrying out private viewers and driving the interest in our home. They did not let any of the momentum slip at all, despite the conditions. This resulted in our auction date being pulled forward and multiple parties bidding on the property, despite being in Level 3 Lockdown. The result of the auction surpassed our expectations. We saw first hand how hard both Brett and Lyn worked for us and this sale, how flexible they were and how much strategy went into achieving the best outcome for us. Alongside this, they were a joy to work with, with first rate communication throughout the sale period. Thanks so much, we really felt that we were looked after by the best.

Minda was always enthusiastic and showed good rapport with potential buyers. She organised open homes very well and was quick to recognise genuinely interested buyers in the house. We had a hiccup with legal access but Minda never lost her optimism throughout the process while we sorted it out and communicated with the buyer to keep them well informed of progress.
