Zoltan described the journey he would take us on and explained it in a simple way, no fancy words, no drawn out explanations. His knowledge of the market reflected the eventual outcome that we got, well above what we expected. And throughout the campaign there were open lines of communication. A professional in all aspects!

This is the second time I have engaged the services of Melissa Codlin to sell my property. She provides an exceptional service going above and beyond in all aspects of both the marketing and sale process. Her communication is excellent providing regular progress reports and information as required. She understands the stress and emotion that can be associated with the sale of a property and provides caring and compassionate support that eases this load markedly. Melissa has a depth of knowledge and high level of integrity in all aspects of her business practice, and it is without hesitation I recommend her services.

Having had a great experience with Zoltan when selling a previous property we did not hesitate to call him when selling last month. From day one of the sales process Zoltan was totally committed to working with us and with potential buyers to achieve the best result possible for our property. He kept us well informed right through the process. Once again the Ray White's Team Zoltan and Devon have performed, the auction night was exciting and we were very pleased with the outcome they achieved for us. Thanks Zoltan!

I was hugely impressed by the professionalism, thoroughness, positivity and follow up of details that Zoltan and Devon brought to this project. They made me feel that every other agent I have been involved with over the years had ripped me off and short-changed me. I found them always available, they listened to what I had to say and did not pressure me. Their understanding of the market and human psychology was impressive. Finally, they got the results I needed.

Rae was amazing, going above and beyond to help us get into our now much loved home. Opening up so much opportunity for our new adventure. Plus i love that our settlement gifts are supporting a local small businesses and personalised down to fair lights for our daughters room.

Daniel and Heather were both very helpful with the transfer of ownership for that property. Highly recommended.

Despite not being the agent for the property that we bought, Joanne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable (always willing to find answers when she was unsure). Her communication was excellent and during the auction she was attentive without being intrusive. As we were buying at arms length, all of the above attributes were essential for a smooth purchase.
