Dearest Minda, I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU for the help and guidance you gave me thru the process of purchasing this beautiful townhouse for my grandad. From the time I met you and explained the urgency of getting grandad into a safe comfortable environment close to my home, you understood how important this was to me. Your guidance along the way was so much appreciated, being this was a very stressful time for myself and my 90 year old grand-dad. You were professional and thorough and you let your kind heart shine thru. From the first point of viewing to the end sale, you made me feel like NO QUESTION was a silly one, and sorry, i probably asked a few dumb ones haha. I would also like to mention the thought you put in when buying a housewarming gift for Grandad, it was perfect, and he still raves on about the shortbread with the Tui haha...
