Michael went above and beyond for us to enable a sale. We made it difficult for him by going on holiday just as we went to market...so he had to deal with tradies, cleaners, homestagers and builders reports. We are grateful that the house settled just as the country was entering lockdown. Communication was outstanding. Would definitely recommend Michael as an agent. THANKS!

We decided to list our home with Michael. He did an appraisal and made some very sound suggestions to make our home more desirable to buyers. We took his advice and carried out the plan. When we went to market we had a lot of positive comments and the house sold quickly and at a price we were very satisfied with.

Mark was confident in selling the great property, he was great at following up emails or phonecalls from me. As a first home buyer, he was great at explaining the process and what he will do next and what he needed from me.
