Michael's upbeat and cheery personality made this an enjoyable experience.
I contacted Michael after a recommendation from a friend who had dealings on the sale of their properties. Michael agreed to submit a proposal for a listing and sale of the house. I found Michael very professional and easy to get on with. His knowledge of the market and willingness to listen to the vendors input made it easy to come to an agreement on a plan for the sale. I was very pleased with the way Michael kept me informed on every step of the sale. Example : informing me of numbers through the house on Open Home days and prospects.
