I found Ian to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Marlborough property market. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process even though I was overseas and 12hrs behind Nz. Jenny and Ian were amazing as they sold my house. Unfortunately we went into lockdown the week after I had accepted an offer. Both Ian and Jenny were wonderful, keeping in touch through lockdown and giving me advice as we came out of lockdown and I was able to move out and hand my lovely home to its new owners.
