We met lots of agents in Blenheim during the course of our house search. We were impressed by Jo’s vision , enthusiasm and knowledge of the market. We decided to get Jo and Murray round to check out our property before putting it on the market. We thought that an out of town buyer was likely and were impressed by the technology and reach of the Ray White company both in NZ and Australia. Jo gave us an honest and sincere value and discussed sales methods at length. When it came to staging the house for open homes and for photography, Jo had a real eye for detail. We were blown away by how the photos turned out. We went ‘live’ and Jo updated us after each showing. She was calm and reassuring about every aspect of what is undoubtedly a stressful process. We had an offer within a week and they guided us through the selling contract. From hitting the market to unconditional sale took 3 weeks. The calm manner in which we were helped to this conclusion was testament to the quality of the product we were selling and also the handling of both the vendors and the buyers by the sales team. Subsequent to the sale we are in close contact whilst searching for our next project. We would use Jo and Murray again without hesitation.
