From the first house we went and looked at me and my wife got some fantastic feedback and decided to choose Tina and Gavin to sell our property and purchase a new property. The professionalism, knowledge and experience Trina and Gavin have was fantastic they actually found our new home which was perfect for our large family. We had to leave town on urgent matter and Trina and Gavin continued to look after our property Gavin even mowed our lawns and looked after our cat while still having open homes and making the house look inviting. this was for a two-month period. Yes I know it's Gavin who done the lawns as my security cameras pick him up thank you heaps you guys went above and beyond helping me in the family.

Hayley was amazing to work with, she was available whenever we needed her and went out of her way to help us with any and all of our questions. She was kind and patient with us as first home buyers, and communicated well with us at every step. Would highly recommend Hayley!

I consider that Hayley had good market knowledge, she was easily contactable and happy to help with any queries. She provided great marketing and efficiency which shows in the quick sale of the property. I consider it sold for the market value and both parties are happy with the result.

Michael was the real estate agent I chose to sell my beloved house here in sunny Blenheim. Right from the start he was warm and friendly to deal with, the communication throughout the entire process was brilliant and if he said he was going to do something he would do it, which made the process for me so much easier considering I work away from home and I knew I could count on michael and his team. Impeccable service and I couldn't recommend Michael Rae enough. Highly motivated and knowledgeable agent who was a please to work with. Cheers Mike, Michelle and Anton, you guys rock.
