We are very comfortable dealing with Michael. He is very professional, approachable and communicates well. As soon as our listing was confirmed, Michael and the Ray White team made contact with potential purchasers on their in-house database. The result of that was a number of private viewings even before the first open home. We believe that Michael and the Ray White team worked hard and used their best endeavours to connect us with potential purchasers. Feedback from the open home was presented in a timely manner and in a concise and easily understandable format. We received multiple offers on our property and Michael explained the purchase/sale process in an easily understandable manner. Once we accepted the offer, Michael was very prompt in sending documentation to our solicitor for review.
