Nicky worked very hard to sell our house and we're very happy with what she achieved. We felt well informed and involved during every step of the process. She was highly professional and very easy/accommodating to work with. We recommend Nicky very highly and we believe you will be making a sound decision if you choose to work with her when selling your house.

I have been working with Nicky for the past 18 months to try and find my Hawkes Bay bolt hold. She has always been very professional and approachable. Nicky kept me informed about new listings that she thought might be of interest and finally we found the perfect property. I can’t recommend Nicky enough, nothing was ever a problem, she answered any queries I had and always with a smile and friendly demeanor and helpful attitude, nothing was ever a problem. Very professional, friendly, helpful agent.

Having not sold a house recently we were not sure of the best way to do it, when we met Phil we realised he was extremely professional and friendly we were confident he would sell our house which he did.

We were first-time homebuyers and couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Neal. He was super responsive, dependable, and always ready to tackle anything we needed—no matter how big or small. Neal made the whole process way less stressful and was always in our corner. Highly recommend working with him!

I bought my property through Nicky a few years ago, so when it was time to move on, it was the easiest choice ever, to have her sell it for me. Nicky is so caring and lovely to deal with, and has great integrity and fantastic attention to detail, making the process easy and calm. Having worked with her on both sides of the equation now, I continue to recommend Nicky totally.

We had the pleasure of working with Marlene for buying our first home. Marlene was very informative and knowledgeable about the market. Marlene made the whole process very stress free and seamless and we loved working with her.

As out of town vendors, with limited experience in selling property, Marlene was the perfect choice. Her professionalism and knowledge of the local market ensured that the options she suggested to us were spot on. We always felt that we were in control of the process. Marlene was very easy to work with, was always there for us. Once we had left Napier and returned home, Marlene was assiduous in reporting developments to us. She made a potentially difficult process run like clockwork.
