Our visit to the Mike Pero featured open home brought us into contact with Lane Sanger. We liked that he didn’t push himself or the property on our first visit but encouraged us to feel free to establish what was on offer. We soon found that the property fitted our requirements and when we approached Lane later that day he took us in a very professional and informative manner through the details required for the auction. At no stage did we feel undue pressure. We felt that he was working well for the vendor and us and consequently we purchased the property at auction.
