For most of the marketing process I was out of the country. Lane Sanger contacted me at least twice a week with information of Open Home group numbers, and potential buyers. The property market during the selling period was in a difficult phase with prices unstable and buyers finding finance difficult to arrange. Lane sifted potential buyers to ensure they would be able to deliver financially and not waste time with offers that were bound to fail. If one had a property to sell as a condition of purchase he would visit the property and assess the market in their area to ensure their selling conditions were realistic. Some were not. Lane is an exceptional agent. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Hired Lane as he was the one who sold us the house a few years prior. Unbeknownst to us we ending us listing just as the market started dropping considerably so it was hard work at the beginning. But Lane kept us up to date with the latest knowledge about the market and was thorough whenever we had to discuss changes to the listing. He was also consistent with open homes when it was on the market for a while due to the nature of housing in the post covid drop. Eventually we got a sale we were happy with and it was quick and easy after that!

If you are thinking of selling your home or investment property you could certainly not do any better than Lane Sanger. Over the years Lane has very successfully sold three homes for us. His professionalism and enthusiasms could not be bettered. He pays great attention to detail both in his campaigning and ideas for improving your presentation of your home.
