What stood out to us about Alex was that he was so accessible and responsive to our many questions - he came back to us quickly and nothing was ever a hassle to him. He also would proactively check in and ask if we needed anything or wanted to re-view the property. He was fair, calm and a pleasure to deal with - so friendly and his knowledge about the housing market, property fixtures and the purchasing process was excellent. He was incredibly professional while being relatable as a human - understanding all the anxieties inherent in purchasing a new home, and dealing with banks and councils etc and filled with excellent tips. Although he wasn’t representing us as the buyer, we always felt like he was looking after our interests too - he created a lot of trust.
