We were initially going to meet with a few agents from different companies and then decide who would be best to use to sell our home. The first one cancelled, and the next one was Alex. From the moment we met Alex he put us at ease with his warm unassuming nature, and his excellent knowledge of the current local market. We felt an immediate connection with him, and decided not to bother looking elsewhere. Selling your home is a stressful process so it’s important to have a good relationship with your agent. Throughout the process Alex’s calm demeanour helped keep us focussed on the end goal while always making sure we were comfortable with everything that was happening. Having a team that he worked with also meant that we had lots of viewings as there was always someone available to ensure they happened, and no potential buyer had to wait. Our tender sale beat the market trend with a firm offer which we accepted and was followed up shortly after with two back up offers. We would completely trust Alex if we were ever buying or selling again, and highly recommend him if you’re looking for an honest, reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent who will give you the best advice to achieve your real estate goals.
