I was in a very difficult position having to sell my parents home to pay for their rest who accommodation. We had a tight deadline and we managed to get top dollar in a difficult market in a short time frame. Charlie and the team helped us out with everything from photo's, marketing, building reports, trades people recommendations, and so, so,so much more. Nothing was ever a problem and we were kept up to date every step of the way. Could not recommend Charlie and team highly enough. We have another property to sell in the near future and will be using them again.
