A very swift easy purchase!
We saw a house we loved and messaged Raewyn. She was actually on her way to the property and invited us for a viewing. By 8pm we'd made an offer and had it accepted after a short multi-offer period. I really liked the ease of having the online sale & purchase platform, which made it easy for us to make our offer being in two different places. We had one slight road bump along they way which couldn't be helped and Raewyn made sure to contact us as soon as she was aware. All in all a great experience for us as the First time we've purchased via an agent.

Satisfactory
TR marketed the property well across several mediums with impressive photos. Communication and professionalism were very good in keeping me informed. The only criticism I had was not monitoring the purchaser's contractors when I allowed them access before settlement to start renovations and I subsequently found several items damaged after they left.

Wendy was Prompt and knowledgeable and gave an air of confidence
