Initially we made the decision to contact Martin through a referral and the fees were appealing. After talking to Martin we felt he was very knowledgeable and that we would get the same service as we would from other real estate companies at a fraction of the cost. Martin was honest reliable and helpful throughout the process of selling our house. It was a long process as we were conditional on buying, but he was patient and helpful along the way, he went above and beyond also offering very helpful advice and information when it came to us purchasing a house at auction. He had great numbers through our open homes and always kept us up to date on what was happening. His experience, knowledge, & patient attitude gave us reassurance that we went with the right agent.
