I would highly recommend Mike Bell if you are selling your house. He is in constant contact with you keeping you updated and giving the best advice. He goes out of his way to get the sale done. From the outset, Michelle was friendly, helpful with her knowledge of the home and the area, and prompt in her responses to any of my questions. She was also very accomodating to our needs in respect to viewing and inspection times, which was appreciated given we were travelling from out of town to get there each time.
