Recently my wife and I sold our house through Margot in Balclutha. Our first acquaintance started six years prior when we were looking for a house to buy. Margot was working for a different agency back then and she supper impressed us with her commitment and ease to deal with back then. Six years forward to the present and we were delighted to list our home with Margot, and even more delighted with the result. Margot during the time of listing had many personal challenges, ( including her and her daughter ending up in hospital ) even that did not phase her. We are so grateful for Margot's services and would highly recommend Margot and Arizto to any considering buying or selling there property. Well done Margot just keep doing what you are doing.

The old saying ‘a house sells itself ‘ is not true! In a tough market, you must be careful about selecting an agent who really knows the local market and can build rapport and trust with the seller and buyer. We were in the difficult situation of living overseas while trying to sell our house in Rolleston. After our first Zoom meeting, we knew we had found the right agent, and six weeks later, we had our house under offer. We found Anna to be personable and professional. She went the extra mile - even watering plans and mowing lawns for open homes. Anna and her agency Arizito have the best seller experience I have encountered. Everything is delivered online, from the weekly reports to signing the contracts. The communication was exceptional, the process was easy, and the agency fees were far less than the big-brand agencies. We are so pleased we chose Anna and encourage other sellers to do the same.

Dave thanks for an easy sale. Your professionalism and openness was very much appreciated. Also there was no "BS", you were straight-up and provide clear direction on all facets of the sale.

I worked with Kathryn McAlonan from Bayleys Rotorua to purchase my property. She was always professional and very responsive to any questions I had, and her communication was outstanding. Any queries I had were quickly answered including after the purchase of my property which was very helpful. Overall I was very happy and I would highly recommend Kathryn as an agent."
